Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination: 7–21 business days
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you made a mistake, contact us
immediately, and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues, customs holds) are outside our control. We will always do our best to assist, but shipping timelines are estimates—not guarantees.
